Do you have a wife or girlfriend that complains about football?
I grew up in a family that didn't watch sports. I didn't care about football at, all until I started playing on a fantasy football league. I started playing by accident. I drafted someones team for them and they didn't end up playing. I took over the team and love it. I look forward to playing every year. It makes watching football fun. I now play in a league that includes almost all family. Even my mother-in-law plays.
I think if you can get your wife or girlfriend to play on season of fantasy football they will be hooked to. You don't need to know much about football. My first year I went to the Superbowl. There are several sites that you can play on for free.
